Special General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Special General Meeting of
The Insurance Industry Credit Union Co-operative Society Limited will be held via a virtual platform only on October 27, 2021 at 5:00p.m. for the following purposes:

1. To resolve amendments to Bye-laws based on amendments of the
   Co-operative Societies Act {C.S.A. 51 (2)}.
2. To transact any other business of the Society that is properly brought before the House.

Members can view the AGM brochure and access the meeting on our website at www.iicutt.com.  Members requiring assistance in setting up access to the meeting are asked to email the office at iicuservicedesk@iicutt.com at your earliest opportunity.
