Our plan offers Final Expense coverage to help cover funeral costs, medical bills, unpaid loans, legal fees, and more. You decide how the benefit is used to ease the financial strain in times of grief.

How to enroll?
- Fill out an enrollment form or click the link below to sign up.
- Provide one valid form of ID.
- Submit proof of address (utility bill no older than three months).
- Show proof of relationship to eligible family members (e.g., marriage or birth certificate).
- Make your premium payment.
Coverage begins immediately, but a six-month waiting period applies. See details for more information.
